STEP
1: ANALYSIS PHASE |

Understanding
the current project handling system at your organization.
This would involve the following activities. |

key decision makers at your place. |

QS and other project team members. |

Meeting
the Finance and HR departments. |
| |

Viewing
the documents that are handled. |
| |

Understanding
the documents that are handled. |
| 2. |
The
challenges and limitations faces by the current
project handling system. The senior management and
project leaders would be involved in the phase.
All the people who get influenced by the project
in one way or the other would participate in this
group discussion. |
| 3. |
SPS
Consultants will then analyze the current thoroughly
at their place and document it. This document would
be presented to the customer for approval. |

STEP
2: DESIGN PHASE |
| 4. |
SPS
will propose solution for handling of various project
types at the clients place. Benefits of new system
in terms of quick response of information, quick
and easy way to update and maintain the system,
financial tracking of system all through from beginning
to end etc would be covered in the system implementation. |
| 5. |
SPS
with the help of client, would nominate members
for the BPS-Steering Team and the BPS-Project Team.
These teams would have staff from both the companies. |
| 6. |
The
BPS-Project Team would present to the BPS-Steering
Team the Project Plan. The Accepted Project Plan
(Verified and Signed by the BPS-Steering Team) would
be the closing document for this phase. |

Implementation Phase |
| |
STEP
3: WORKFLOW PHASE |
| |
SPS
Consultants will prepare the Work Flow and Role
Diagrams for all the role holders in clients place.
With the Project Team SPS Consultant would do the
following. |

Assigning
Work Flow to Role Holders. |
| 4. |
Presenting
Progress to BPS-Steering Team. The Verified and
Accepted Work Flow and Role Holder documents would
be the closing documents for this phase. |

SPS
Consultants would proceed to install and configure
the software. |

STEP
4: IMPLEMENT PHASE |

Implementing
would constitute the following activities. |

The
Post Implementation Phase |
| |
The
SPS consultants will make monthly visits for three
months after the implementation of the software
at CLIENTS. Each of this visits will be dedicated
to do the following. |
| 1. |
A
thorough audit of the system will be done. Any bottlenecks,
any process that is not used or not used fully will
be documented and plan of action made for solving
the same. In case extra training is needed then
it can be done during the visit. The main idea here
would be to ensure that the system is used optimally
with all its features. |
| 2. |
SPS
consultants would do any problem solving with the
role holders and other staff. |
| 3. |
An
audit report with recommendation will be passed
to the management of CLIENTS. |
